Fair City Precast Stone

Fair City Precast Ltd. has been manufacturing precast concrete and cast stone products since 1982.

Based in Perth, Scotland, Fair City Precast has served architects, builders and private developers throughout central Scotland with all manner of projects from small extensions and refurbishments to new houses and larger developments.

Over the years Fair City Precast has accumulated significant expertise in manufacturing cast stone units to match and/or compliment natural stone buildings.

All cast stone units manufactured in accordance with BS 1217:2008

PreCast Products

Fair City Precast Ltd.  hold in stock a selection of standard items all of which are manufactured on site in Perth, this includes:

  • Window Cills
  • Door Steps
  • Wall Copes
  • Paving Slabs


However, the majority of items are manufactured to customer specifications.

Typically it takes 3 to 4 weeks from the time of order until the products are ready for transportation to site. This allows time for the fabrication and setting of moulds, and the casting and curing of the products. Some of the more popular items manufactured are window cills, jambs, mullions, and lintels.  In addition quoin stones, coping stones and door steps are produced.  

These can be manufactured in a wide range of colours, styles, and sizes to suit customer requirements.  

The company also has the capacity to manufacture specialist precast products, up to approx 3.0 tonnes in weight:

  • Concrete Cover Slabs
  • Lintels
  • Manhole Covers
